First time BMW for me....
Is this a good deal or not? I live in NY and this is what the dealer said to me.
328i convertible
36 months; 10,000 miles
528 per month
standard features with heated seat as additional option.
Money due at signing is 3,350 which includes first month payment, taxes, and registration.

Today I went to enquire about ordering a mini cooper convertible but was told that they are no longer in production as there is a 2009 model coming out. However the dealer was unable to say when the new model would be released - does anybody have any idea?
