Why does my football manager 2009 auto install not run when the disk is inserted!!!!?

I am trying to install the new football manager 2009 but when I insert the disk nothing happens and it doesn’t show up in my computer. I uni stalled my previous copy of football manager 2008 ready for the new one and now I cant installed that either as the same problem arises.

Could it be something to do with my vista?
