2009 Mini Cooper Convertible?

Today I went to enquire about ordering a mini cooper convertible but was told that they are no longer in production as there is a 2009 model coming out. However the dealer was unable to say when the new model would be released – does anybody have any ideas?

It will look exactly the same as the 2008. It is not being redesigned.

It will come out August or September.

    there’s three type . mini cooper clubman and mini cooper d clubman and mini cooper s clubman . it will bee in September u can check there website

    Existing stock of the current model soft tops are being sold off and no more being made. The new version of the Mini Cabrio isn’t going to begin production until March 2009 so thats why the shortage until then.
