How much would payments be on a 2009 dodge challenger every month?

Plus insurance, im 18 years old, i live in los angeles… i have a good job and im pretty sure could afford it… how much am i looking at every month??
SRT8… with the hemi

If you are pretty sure you can afford it why are you even asking the question? So my answer to you is more than you can afford.

    Cmon man. 18 and want a hemi??? That’s foolish.

    Heres a good rule of thumb for ya. Evey 1000.00 that you finance is going to be 20.00 per month on a 60 month loan. SO, if you finance 10,000.00 it is 200.00 per month, 20,000.00 is 400.00 and so on an so forth. 30,000.00 would be 600.00. get it?

    That is just for the car. NOT including insurance on a V-8 car for an 18 year old.

    Do a little research and find yourself a nice reliable 4 cylinder IMPORT car….toyota or honda…

    Are you sure you want to sink that much money in a Hemi Challenger? Fuel, payments…your insurance (if you can get it) will kill you. I’d guess you’re looking at over $700/month…for a car? That ain’t wise.

    Besides, a Hemi 8 Challenger IS NOT a car for an 18year old. The chances are high, you’ll kill or mame someone. I’m not trying to be mean. I have a 300C…I can only imagine what the SRT8 Challenger is like…the 300C can be wild if I let her get there.

    I applaud your style though..the Challenger is a great looking car. What about a HO Charger? That’s a great car that’s easier to live with.

    More than you can afford.

    For an exact answer discuss it with your dealer. It depends on down payment, loan amount, loan length, and interest rate.

    Well at the dealership the car is 56,000 dollars if you did a 5 year/6 month loan with 6.5 interest and put 2,000 dollars down your payments would be around 1,155 a month not to mention at least 300 for insurance i am in the military and when i was 18 3 years ago my subaru was 250 a month with state farm and i was married so you can probably count on 400 or even 500. good luck boss hopefully you got alot to put down.
